摘要 湿法脱硫吸收塔对从除尘器逃逸的细小粉尘具有一定脱除作用,但其具体除尘机理与除尘效率有待深入研究。对此,以典型湿法脱硫工艺中的吸收塔为研究对象,搭建模拟试验台针对脱硫系统运行参数(塔内烟气流速、入口粉尘质量浓度等)及吸收塔内主要部件布置形式对粉尘颗粒物脱除效果进行冷态试验。结果表明:烟气流速和入口粉尘质量浓度均对除尘效率存在影响,除尘效率与烟气流速呈反比,与入口粉尘浓度呈正比;喷淋层作为吸收塔内主要部件,其布置形式和运行工况对吸收塔除尘效率存在较大影响,开启5层喷淋层除尘效率接近100%;托盘对除尘效率影响由其安装高度和喷淋层运行情况决定,安装高度越高除尘效率越低。 A absorption tower was investigated experimentally for the typical WFGD process. The effects of operation conditions (such as flow velocity inside the tower, liquid-gas ratio and dust mass concentration at the system inlet) and major component layout on removal of the ducts were investigated. The results show that, the gas velocity and dust mass concentration at the system inlet do have influence on the dust removal rate, and the effect range is within 7%. As the major component inside the absorption tower, the spraying layer's layout and operation condition have great influence on the dust removal efficiency. When 5 spray layers were opened, the dust removal efficiency reached close to 100%. The effect of tray on the dust removal efficiency is determined by the height of the installation and the operation of the spraying layer, and the installation height is inversely proportional to the dust removal efficiency.
