摘要
基于可调谐二极管激光吸收谱法(TDLAS)利用VC++搭建了一套实时测温软件,实现了在燃烧场中对温度的实时监测。设计以水分子为目标气体,选择波数为7182.9496和7179.7524 cm-1的谱线对通过TDLAS技术中双线测温法完成了对温度的测量;利用USB技术完成了对数据的采集;依靠Visual Studio2015为平台完成了对软件界面的搭建并且利用的多线程技术完成对采集到数据进行实时存储、处理与显示。通过MATLAB对采取到一帧数据即10个周期信号进行处理,计算出10个温度值并求平均作为最终温度值,测量误差在10%以内,验证了此算法的准确性。
This paper builds a set of real-time temperature measurement software based on tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy(TDLAS) using VC++, which solves the problem of the inability to monitor the temperature in the combustion field in real time. In the design process, using water molecules as the target gas, select the spectral line pairs with wave numbers of 7 182.949 6 and 7 179.752 4 cm-1 to complete the temperature measurement through the double-line temperature measurement method in TDLAS technology.;the data collection was completed by USB technology;the software interface was built and built with Visual Studio2015 as the platform. The multi-threaded technology is used to complete the real-time storage, processing and display of the collected data. Through MATLAB, a frame of data that is 10 cycle signals is processed, and 10 temperature values are calculated and averaged as the final temperature value. The measurement error is within 10%, which verifies the accuracy of this algorithm.
