摘要
本试验旨在探讨不同过瘤胃脂肪源对安格斯牛育肥性能及血液生化指标的影响。选用18头平均体重为(448.00±3.13)kg的安格斯阉牛,随机分为3组,每组6头,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮基础上分别按照干物质采食量的4%添加过瘤胃不饱和脂肪(UPF组)和过瘤胃饱和脂肪(SPF组),预试期10 d,正试期分前期(27 d)和后期(40 d)2个阶段。结果表明:试验前期UPF组的日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验后期SPF组的日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验全期UPF组和SPF组日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组前期耗料增重比显著高于UPF组(P<0.05),3组之间全期耗料增重比差异不显著(P>0.05);UPF组和SPF组血清中胰高血糖素(GC)浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验前期UPF组瘦素(LEP)浓度显著高于对照组和SPF组(P<0.05),试验后期SPF组LEP浓度显著高于对照组和UPF组(P<0.05);试验前期UPF组的乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(AACase)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验前期SPF组的总蛋白(TP)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验后期UPF组的谷草转氨酶(AST)活性显著高于对照组和SPF组(P<0.05),全期UPF组和SPF组的丙二醛(MDA)显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。饲粮添加不同过瘤胃脂肪源可提高安格斯牛日增重,有利于体脂肪合成,提高机体的抗氧化能力。
The objective of the current study was to evaluate the fattening performance and blood biochemical indices of Angus fed rumen protected fat source with different fatty acid profilese.eighteen Angus steers(average body weight of 448.00±3.13 kg,15~17 months of age)were assigned at a completely randomized design into three groups,each group consists of six animals.Control group were fed basal diet in the form of total mixed ration,UPF group and SPF group were supplemented with rumen protected fat with unsaturated fatty acid and saturated fatty acid at the same levels of 4%of ration in dry matter,respectively.The experiment last 77d,which included the pretrial 10d,the first stage 27d and the later stage 40 d.The results showed as follows:the average daily gain(ADG)in the first stage in UPF group increased significantly compared with control group(P<0.05),while the ADG in the late stage in SPF group increased significantly compared with control group(P<0.05),treatment with UPF and SPF elevated ADG significantly during the whole experimental stage compared with control group(P<0.05);The plasm GC concentration in UPF and SPF groups increased significantly than that in control group(P<0.05),the LEP concentration in first stage in UPF group increased significantly than that in control and SPF groups(P<0.05),while the LEP concentration in later stage in SPF group increased significantly than that in control and UPF groups(P<0.05);The AACase activity in the first stage in UPF group increased significantly than that in control group(P<0.05);The TP concentration in the first stage in SPF group greater significantly than that of in control group(P<0.05),the activity of AST in the late stage in UPF group increased significantly than that of in control and SPF groups(P<0.05),treatment with UPF and SPF decreased MDA centration significantly than animals on the control diet.The results indicated that diet supplementation with different rumen protected fat sources increased ADG and has positive influence on fat deposition,suppleme
