摘要
以毛竹竹筒为研究对象,探索不同高温饱和蒸汽软化工艺(软化温度为140、150、160、170、180℃;软化时间为4、6、8 min)对展平竹板材物理力学性能的影响。结果表明:竹材经软化后平衡含水率下降,展平后平衡含水率进一步降低;竹材的径向干缩率随软化温度上升和时间延长呈下降趋势;竹材的弦向干缩率在竹材软化后随软化温度上升和时间延长呈下降趋势,而展平后的竹材在140~150℃温度范围内弦向气干干缩率下降,在150~180℃范围内上升;竹材的静曲强度(MOR)和弹性模量(MOE)在140~170℃范围内上升,170~180℃范围内下降,且软化后未展平竹材的MOR和MOE均高于展平后的竹材。可得到结论,在170℃软化工艺下,竹展平板的尺寸稳定性和力学性能较好。
Flattened bamboo is a kind of high utilization,high value added,environmentally friendly bamboo product.However,there is little research on its properties.In this experiment,the bamboo tube of Phyllostachys edulis was spread along the longitudinal direction to explore the effects of different softening temperature and duration on the physical and mechanical properties of the bamboo before and after flattening,so as to provide reference for the production and popularization of the flattened bamboo.The effects of different high temperature saturated steam softening treatments(softening temperature at 140,150,160,170,180℃;softening duration of 4,6,8 min)on the physical and mechanical properties of the flattened bamboo were investigated.The results showed that the equilibrium water content of bamboo decreased after softening,and further reduced after flattening.The radial shrinkage rate of bamboo decreased with the increase of softening temperature and treatment duration.The tangential shrinkage rate of bamboo without flattening decreased with the increase of softening temperature and treatment duration,while that of the flattened bamboo decreased from 140℃to 150℃and increased from 150℃to 180℃.The modulus of rupture(MOR)and modulus of elastic(MOE)of the bamboo increased from 140℃to 170℃and decreased from 170℃to 180℃,the MOR and MOE of the flattened bamboo were not higher than those of the softened but not flattened.Under the softening treatment at 170℃,the flattened bamboo presented relatively excellent dimensional stability and mechanical properties.
