摘要
6年生竹材进行不同温度和时间的热处理,对热处理前后竹材的干缩湿涨和主要力学性能的变化规律进行了研究,并针对竹材不同用途得出不同的最佳热处理工艺。试验结果表明:随着热处理温度的提高和热处理时间的延长,竹材的干缩湿涨率呈下降趋势,同时主要力学性能也逐渐下降。从竹材的尺寸稳定性考虑,最佳热处理工艺为:热处理温度210℃,热处理时间为4 h。从竹材的力学性能考虑,最佳热处理工艺为:热处理温度150℃,热处理时间为2 h。
In this paper,6-year old bamboo specimens were heat-treated under different temperature and time,then the changes of shrinkage and swelling characters and main mechanical properties were studied before and after heat treatment.The best heat treatment processes which could meet different demands were obtained.The results showed that the rate of shrinkage and swelling of bamboo descended following the raise of treatment temperature and time.At the same time,the main mechanical properties of bamboo also declin...
