摘要
研究了混合硫化镍钴沉淀工艺的热力学、化学机理,反应剂的选择及反应方程式,介绍了混合硫化镍钴沉淀工艺的主要参数,重点论述了混合硫化镍钴沉淀工艺在Moa、Minara(原MurrinMurrin)、Ambatovy三个项目的工业化应用情况,同时将混合硫化镍钴沉淀工艺、液碱沉镍钴工艺、氧化镁沉镍钴工艺进行了比较,阐述了混合硫化镍钴沉淀已发展成为成熟的镍钴粗提纯湿法冶炼技术之一。
The paper studies thermodynamics,chemical mechanism,reagents selection and reaction equation of the mixed nickel cobalt sulfide precipitation process,and introduces main parameters of the mixed nickel cobalt sulfide precipitation process.The paper focuses on the industrial application of the mixed nickel cobalt sulfide precipitation process in three projects,Moa,Minara(former MurrinMurrin)and Ambatovy.At the same time,the processes of the mixed nickel cobalt sulfide precipitation,the nickel cobalt precipitation by sodium hydroxide and the nickel cobalt precipitation by magnesia were compared.The mixed nickel cobalt sulfide precipitation process has been developed into one of the mature nickel cobalt crude purification hydrometallurgical processing technologies.
