元江硅酸镍矿开发新技术半工业试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 半工业试验是在小型试验的基础上进行的,分别进行了氯化剂种类及用量试验、离析时间试验、还原剂炭粉用量试验、离析回转窑温度试验,进行了球团离析与不球团离析—磁选试验的比较。最佳条件综合试验得到了镍精矿品位为10.33%、回收率为87.22%,钴精矿品位0.46%、回收率80.21%的镍钴混合精矿。 The semi-industrial trial is carried on the base of experimental. We have done chlorating agent category and dosage test,roasting time test, reductive powdered carbon dosage test, segregation rotary kiln temperature test. And compared pelletizing segregation with not pelletizing segregation-magnetic separation trial. Throughout the optimum condition of synthesis experimental we obtained nickel cobalt mix ore concentrate whose Ni concentrate grade is 10.33%, the recovery is 87.22%, Co concentrate grade is 0.46%, and the recovery of cobalt and nickel combined concentrate is 80.21%.
