海底管道膨胀弯角度偏差原因分析和解决措施 被引量:6

摘要 海底管道膨胀弯安装是新铺设海底管道施工的重要组成部分,针对2013—2016年中国海油在渤海海域铺设的54条海底管道的113套膨胀弯在施工过程中发生实际角度与设计角度偏差影响施工效率和安装质量的问题,运用统计的方法进行了分析研究,初步掌握了膨胀弯实际角度偏差发生的频率,介绍了立管安装角度偏差、导管架安装方位偏差、水平管道铺设精度偏差、弯管角度制造偏差和膨胀弯预制偏差等主要造成膨胀弯角度偏差的影响因素,并提出了必要的预防措施。对已经发生的膨胀弯实际角度与设计数据偏差项目,根据引起角度偏差的因素,提出了焊口修正、旋转立管、搬移平管和切割弯管等有效的解决方法。 The expansion bend installation is an important part of new submarine pipeline construction.There are 113 sets of expansion bend in 54 submarine pipelines laid in Bohai Sea by CNOOC from 2013 to 2016.The deviation between the actual angle and designed angle in construction has affected construction efficiency and installation quality.Aiming at the problem,the statistical approach is used to analyze and study.The frequency of the expansion bend angel deviation is initially gained,and the main influencing factors of the expansion bend angle deviation,such as the angle deviation of stand pipe installation,the position deviation of jacket installation,the accuracy deviation of horizontal pipeline laying,the manufacturing deviation of bend angle,and the prefabricate precision deviation of expansion bends,are introduced.In order to ensure the actual angle deviation of the expansion bend within a reasonable range,the necessary prevention measures in related links are proposed.For the project that the angle deviation between the actual and designed data had occurred,effective solutions such as welding modification,rotating stand pipes,moving horizontal pipes and cutting bends are proposed according to causes resulting in the angle deviation.
