提高海底管道膨胀弯安装一次合格率方法 被引量:2

摘要 海底管道是海上油田的大动脉,而膨胀弯作为海底管道的“咽喉”,对整个海管起到承上启下和安全保护的作用.2013-2014年海底管道膨胀弯安装一次安装合格率仅为63.6%,由膨胀弯安装不合格造成的返修工期达到44船天,严重滞后项目的进度,增加了施工成本.为了打破一直以来安装一次合格率低的现状,对影响原因进行了分析,从膨胀弯预制偏差、潜水员能力参差不齐、螺栓加力工具不当、法兰垫圈加工精度不达标、弯头角度存在偏差、施工流程不统一、受潮流影响、膨胀弯测量误差等八个末端原因入手,制定解决方法及改进措施.在2015年经过工程项目的应用及验证,膨胀弯安装一次合格率得到了大幅提高. Submarine pipeline is the artery of the offshore oil fields, and the spool is like the " throat" of the submarine pipeline, playing the role of safety protection for the sea pipe. In 2013-2014 years, the first acceptance rate of the spool installation was only 63.6%, while repair period due to failure of the installation reached 44 days. Improving measures are discussed,involving divers5 ability, bolt force, machining precision, bend angle deviation,tidal current,and deviation of measurement. In 2015,after the application of the improvement measures,the first acceptance rate of the spool installation was greatly enhanced.
