摘要
在对立管安装模型进行理论研究的基础上,考虑丛式立管之间的干涉作用,提出导向架-导向绳作用模拟方法,建立了TLP丛式立管-导向架-导向绳耦合分析模型,形成了一种以平台偏移值、表面海流流速组合参数形式确定TLP立管安装作业窗口的分析方法及流程,并以我国南海某深水油井为例开展了TLP立管安装作业窗口研究及参数敏感性分析,结果表明,TLP立管安装至海底井口但尚未对接成功工况下安装作业窗口最小,此时作业窗口在低流速区主要受立管回接连接器与竖直方向夹角限制,在高流速区主要受立管之间干涉的限制;随着波浪的增加,立管安装作业窗口逐渐变小;适当增加导向架数量并合理布置有助于增大TLP立管安装作业窗口;立管间距的减小会加剧丛式立管之间的干涉,从而使得TLP立管安装作业窗口变小。本文相关方法和研究成果可为TLP丛式立管安装作业提供理论依据。
Based on the theoretical research on TLP cluster riser installation processes and with the consideration of the interference between cluster risers, a simulation method for the guide line and guide frame was proposed. And a coupling analysis model of TLP cluster-risers-guide line-guide frame was developed. Analysis method and proce-dure for establishing the installation operation envelope were proposed, which was determined by the combination of such parameters as the drilling platform offset and the current speed. Taking a deepwater oil well in South China Sea as an example, a study on the installation operation envelope of TLP cluster risers and sensitivity analysis for the influencing factors were conducted. The results show that the operation envelope is narrowest when TLP risers touch the seabed but are not successfully connected. At this time point the envelope is mainly limited by the angle between the tie-back connector and the vertical in low current region? and by the riser interference in high current region. Waves have certain effect on TLP riser installation and stronger waves will lead to narrowing of the enve-lope. The number of guide frames has significant effect on TLP riser installation, so the envelope could be widened by increasing guide frames ? which have also to be properly deployed. The operation envelope narrows with the de-crease in the riser-spacing which can aggravate the interference between the risers. The research results and the relevant methods can provide practical basis for the installation operation of TLP cluster risers.
