深水立管支撑结构与海上安装新技术探讨 被引量:2

DISCUSSION ON NEW DEEP WATER RISER SUPPORTING STRUCTURE AND INSTALLATION TECHNOLOGY

摘要 传统的深水立管海上安装方法是使用大型起重施工船舶或动力定位船进行运输及吊装,并配备水下机器人及氦氧潜水或饱和潜水进行水下作业,对船舶甲板面积、潜水方式要求较高,安装费用高昂,且可能导致老平台承载力不足。提出了一种深水立管支撑结构和海上安装新技术,立管分两节建造,降低了对船甲板面积的要求;以吸力桩为立管支撑结构,可独立承载;利用多功能船舶"海顺5"完成运输与吊装作业,水下仅需水下机器人配合工作,可避免使用氦氧潜水或饱和潜水,有效降低海上安装费用,希望为今后相关工程设计提供一些参考与帮助。 A large hoisting ship or dynamic positioning vessel is needed for deepwater riser transportation and lifting with a traditional installation method,and equipped with ROV and heliox or saturation diving for underwater operations.It needs large deck area and high cost of diving and installation for this method,and may rusult in insufficient bearing capacity of the old platform.A new deepwater riser support structure and installation technology is proposed in this paper.The riser is built in two sections,which can reduce the requirement for deck area.Suction piles are used for the riser supporting to bear load independently,and the multifunctional barge 'Haishun 5 'for transportation and lifting.Then a ROV is used to cooperate with the installation.The new installation technology can avoid the use of large hoisting ships and heliox or saturation diving,so it can effectively reduce the installation cost.It is expected to provide some references for relevant engineering design in the future.
