摘要
研究了甲基硅醇钠和丙烯酸树脂在不同掺量下对磷建筑石膏凝结时间、绝干抗折强度、绝干抗压强度、吸水率及软化系数的影响规律。运用origin软件对不同掺量的两种防水剂对软化系数的影响规律进行非线性拟合,并对拟合结果进行试验验证。结果表明,丙烯酸树脂和甲基硅醇钠对磷建筑石膏的绝干状态强度均无明显影响;对磷建筑石膏的软化系数有所改善,掺加1.49%的甲基硅醇钠时磷建筑石膏的软化系数达到了0.71,甲基硅醇钠可提高磷建筑石膏的耐水性。
The effects of two organic water repellents(sodium methyl siliconate,acrylic resin)on the setting time,absolute dry-resistance,absolute dry compressive strength,water absorption and softening coefficient of phosphate gypsum were investigated under different dosages.The origin software was used to non-linearly fit the effects of the two water repellents with different contents on the softening coefficient,and the fitting results were verified by experiments.The results show that acrylic resin and sodium methyl siliconate have no obvious effect on the dry state strength of phosphate gypsum;the softening coefficient of phosphorus gypsum has been improved,when 1.5%sodium methyl siliconate is added,the softening coefficient of gypsum reaches 0.71,and can be used as a phosphorus-based construction plaster waterproofing agent.
