摘要
磷石膏是磷化工行业产生的固体废弃物,主要成分是二水硫酸钙。针对四川某磷石膏的特点,采用粒度分析、XRD和SEM等手段分析了磷石膏的结构,研究了煅烧制度对磷石膏制备建筑石膏及其力学性能影响。结果表明:煅烧温度为170℃,保温时间为3 h,陈化时间为3 d,可以获得转化率为87.37%的β型半水石膏,其标准稠度用水量为77.33%,初凝时间为7.5 min,终凝时间为18 min,抗折强度为2.34 MPa,抗压强度为4.54 MPa,实现了该地区磷石膏在建筑材料中的资源化利用,并提供一定的理论支撑。
Phosphogypsum is a solid waste produced by the phosphorous chemical industry,and its main component is calcium sulfate dihydrate.According to the characteristics of a phosphogypsum in Sichuan,the structure of phosphogypsum was analyzed by means of particle size analysis,XRD and SEM,and the effects of calcination system on the preparation of phosphorous building gypsum from phosphogypsum and its mechanical properties were studied.The results show that under the conditions of calcining temperature of 170℃,holding time of 3 hours and aging time of 3 days,β-type hemihydrate gypsum with a conversion rate of 87.37%can be obtained.The phosphorous building gypsum has a performance with standard consisitency water consumption 77.33%,the initial setting time 7.5 min,the final setting time 18 min,flexural strength 2.34 MPa,and compressive strength 4.54 MPa,which realizes the resource utilization of phosphogypsum in building materials in the region and provided some theoretical support.
