摘要
本文采用特殊工艺制备了复合型石膏防水剂。采用表面活性剂乳化硬脂酸作为石膏的憎水剂;以水泥与三乙醇胺反应的生成物堵塞体系内部孔隙并切断毛细管通路;利用高分子聚合物液形成阻水膜,并利用柠檬酸盐来降低高分子聚合物在水中的溶涨性。复合型石膏防水剂可使石膏制品吸水率小于5.0%。
Compounded water repellent gupsum agent was prepared by way of specific technological process. Surfactantemulsified stearic acid was used as hydrophobe, the resultant from reaction of cement and triethanolamine blocked the voidsinside and cut off capillary passages, high molecular polymer was used to form water repellent film and citrate wasemployed to reduce the swelling power of high molecular polymer in water. Water absorption of hardened gypsum productwith the additive was decreased to less than 5.0%.
