摘要
欧美学界提出了具有代表性的组织氛围形成机制方法论:结构主义论、"选择—吸引—磨合"和社会互动理论。与企业一样,图书馆也是一种特定形式的组织,其组织氛围的形成必然遵循一般组织氛围的形成机制。就图书馆组织氛围形成机制而言,社会互动理论能有效避免结构主义论的客观倾向和"选择—吸引—磨合"的主观倾向,从个体与组织交互作用、相互影响的角度给"图书馆组织氛围是如何形成的"提供了较为合理的解释。
Representative formation mechanism of organizational climate is proposed in Europe and America:structuralism,''selection-attraction-attrition''and symbolic interactionist approach.Like enterprises,library is a specific organization form,and the formation of its organizational climate must follow the formation mechanism of general organizational climate.As to the formation mechanism of library organizational climate,social interactionist approach can effectively avoid the objective tendency of structuralism and the subjective tendency of"selection-attraction-attrition",and it makes a reasonable explaination for how to form library organizational climate in perspective of individual and organization interaction and mutual influence.
