摘要
文章探讨图书馆组织氛围、工作价值观与图书馆员工作满意度的相互关系,希望借助管理学、心理学以及组织行为学的理论知识,分析三者之间的关系、进而揭示影响图书馆管理决策的因素。通过提高图书馆员工作满意度,实现提高图书馆服务质量的终极目标。近年来国内学界对此类问题的研究不断增多,但是把三者相结合用于分析图书馆员的研究还较少,本文努力在此方面做出一些探索。
This paper discusses the relationship between library organizational atmosphere,work values and librarians’job satisfaction,and hopes to analyze the relationship between them with the help of the theoretical knowledge of management,psychology and organizational behavior,and then reveal the factors that affect library management decisions.The ultimate goal of improving library service quality is to improve librarians’work satisfaction.In recent years,there are more and more researches on this kind of problems in domestic academic circles,but there are still few researches that combine the three aspects to analyze librarians.
