摘要
图书馆组织氛围对图书馆内外部服务质量均存在重要影响,对图书馆组织氛围内容结构进行挖掘和探索是后续开展氛围质量测评的重要基础。通过对12位专家一对一访谈和对748位馆员进行问卷调查的方式,获取原始资料。在此基础上利用扎根理论的三级编码方法,共提取出39个概念、15个子范畴和6个主范畴,继而在确定主范畴关系的基础上建构了国内高校图书馆组织氛围维度结构及作用关系模型。模型结果可以为国内高校图书馆改进内部管理水平和内部服务质量提供观测点和落脚点。
The organizational climate of the library has an important impact on the internal and external service quality of the library.Through one-on-one interviews with 12 experts and questionnaire survey of 748 librarians,the original materials are obtained.Then by using the three-level coding method based on the grounded theory,39 concepts,15 subcategories and 6 main categories are proposed,and then on the basis of determining the relationship between the main categories,the dimension structure and function relationship model of the organizational climate of domestic university library are constructed.The results of the model can provide observation points and footholds for the improvement of internal management level and internal service quality of domestic university library.
