摘要
对高压空气管网系统中的电磁阀内部空气流动及垫片处的泄漏进行研究,首先对管道中的电磁阀进行三维建模,运用流体力学FLUENT软件的动网格技术,计算出不同的开关阀工况下在管道内部形成的压力脉冲,并将管道内部形成的最大压力脉冲,结合密封件泄漏的理论计算验证方法,分析计算以判断高压空气管网是否会产生泄漏。最后根据仿真结果提出防止泄漏的有效方法,为工业中保证高压管道安全运行提供参考。
The air flow inside the solenoid valve and the leakage at the gasket in the high pressure air pipe network system were studied.Firstly,a three-dimensional model was built for the solenoid valve in the pipe,and the dynamic grid technology of FLUENT software was used to calculate the pressure pulse generated inside the pipeline under different on-off operating conditions of the valve,and the maximum pressure pulse formed inside the pipeline was combined with the verification method for theoretical calculation of the leakage of the seal in order to judge whether leakage occurs or not with the high-pressure air pipeline network through analysis and calculation.Finally,according to the simulation results,an effective method to prevent leakage was proposed,which provides reference for the operation of industrial high-pressure pipelines.
