摘要
根据末修系统的工作原理,建立截止阀的有限元仿真模型。通过ANSYS计算截止阀在工作过程中的内部气体流动特性,研究截止阀的应力分布和变形情况,并进行安全性分析,找出最危险的工作部位和系统的薄弱环节。仿真结果表明,当工作压力低于25MPa时,截止阀整体的安全性良好,可靠性较高,当工作压力超过30MPa时,截止阀的部分零部件处于危险工作状态,容易发生故障。
The finite element simulatiom model of the stop valve is established based on the operating principle of the end modifying system.The flowing features of inner gas and the stress distribution and the deformation situation of the stop valve in the working process are investigated by ANSYS software.The most dangerous working position and weak points of the stop valve are located through security analysis.The results show that the security and reliability of stop valve are healthy when the operation pressure is less than 25MPa,but some components of stop valve are in dangerous condition and probably broken if the operation pressure excess of 30MPa.
