摘要
软密封闸阀是一种量大面广的通用设备,在各种工业领域均发挥着重要作用。本文围绕DN100软密封闸阀阀板的结构计算展开,分几部分重点对应用ADINA软件进行的阀板结构计算进行了详细介绍,并对其刚度和强度等参数进行了校核。其中包括应用ADINA软件的建模过程、定义边界约束条件、施加载荷、规定材料特性、生成单元组、有限元网格密度控制和划分以及求解结果的显示和校核等。计算结果表明,应用ADINA软件对阀板的结构和受力进行模拟和仿真,能达到较高的计算精度和求解效率,具有推广价值。
Soft seal gate valve is a kind of common-used equipment that plays an important role in a voriety of industries. Based on the structure characteristics of DN100 sealed gate valve plates, an introduction in detail to the analysis of a gate valve plate structure with ADINA is implemented in this article, and the stiffness and strength of the structure are verified. The foundation of finite element model, application of loads and constraints, control of the element density and the demonstration of results are included. Calculation results show that the simulation of the gate valve plate with ADINA can achieve higher accuracy and efficiency, and should be promoted.
