摘要
基于FLUENT动网格技术,在标准k-ε和Realizable k-ε两种湍流模型下,计算核级定压差止回阀在不同调节范围下的压力损失,并与试验值进行对比;同时分析了该止回阀内腔的流动特性和阀瓣的运动特性。结果表明:标准k-ε和Realizable k-ε湍流模型计算结果与试验值偏差较小,其精度满足一般工程要求,且Realizable k-ε湍流模型更接近试验值;采用弹簧间节控制阀瓣的方法,可以实现阀门压力损失的精准调节,且该结构更有利于系统的稳定。
In this paper,based on Fluent dynamic mesh technology,the pressure losses of the nuclear grade constant pressure check valve in different regulation range were calculated with the standard k-ε and realizable k-ε turbulence models,and were compared with the experimental data. Also,the flow characteristics of the valve chamber and the motion characteristics of the valve disc were analyzed. The results show that the deviation between the calculation results and the experimental values on the k-εand realizable k-ε turbulence models was relatively small,the accuracy meets general engineering requirements,and the realizable k-ε was closer the experimental values:The method of controlling the valve disc by spring indirectly could achieve precise adjustment of the valve pressure loss,and this structure was more beneficial to the system stability.
