摘要
文章主要探索预见习教学方法在精神病学教学中的作用。学生在学习精神病学理论课之前进入临床见习,熟悉患者、采集病史和体格检查,并分析及解决相关问题,具体采用问题导向教学法(PBL)和病例导入式教学法(CBL)两种教学方式。医学生、临床教师们对精神病学教学的满意度明显提高,使学生学习积极性更高,在精神病学教学中取得良好的教学效果。因此,预见习教学方法在精神病学教学中的作用是积极有效的。
This article mainly to explore the role of the preview teaching method in the teaching of psychiatry.Students before learning psychiatry theory into clinical practice,to familiar with patients,collecting history and physical examination,and solve the related problem,specific cases using problem oriented teaching method(PBL)and the import type teaching method(CBL)two kinds of teaching methods.The satisfaction of medical students and clinical teachers in the teaching of psychiatry were obviously improved,which moke students have higher learning motivation and good teaching effect in the teaching of psychiatry.Therefore,it is worthwhile to publicize and popularize the effect of the teaching method in the teaching of psychiatry.
