摘要
充足的优质稿源是办好高质量学报的保证,也是学报生存和发展的基础.通过调研发现,科研成果考核评价机制负面影响、晋升职称的政策导向、期刊的竞争加剧、发表周期太长等原因,导致地方高校校内理科优质稿件外流.要从制度上提供一个良好的环境才能从根本上改变地方高校学报优质稿源流失的现状,同时地方高校学报对自身定位要有正确的认识,除了争取学校及各方的政策支持外,应该转变办刊观念,加强期刊自身建设,加强宣传力度,积极拓展稿源以提高学报质量.
Abundant quality manuscript sources is the guarantee to the quality academic journal as well as the foundation for its survival and development.It is found that quality manuscript sources have drained away to extramural journals,given the negative influence of assessment and evaluation mechanism of the scientific and research results,policy-oriented pressure of promotion,ever-intensive competition of journals and long circle of issue.Thus,the academic journal of many local colleges and universities cannot reflect their real strength of research.The status quo of the quality science manuscript source loss in academic journals of local colleges and universities can only be improved basically through providing a favorable environment in terms of system.Meanwhile,the academic journal should have a correct recognition of its positioning.Apart from struggling for policy support from schools and other sectors,it should strengthen the construction of its own,enhance the promotion and work actively to expand the source of manuscript to promote the quality.
