摘要
数据期刊是一种新的数据出版模式,其目的在于促进数据的发现、共享、获取与复用,扩大学术影响力,推动科研创新。数据期刊的开放获取模式促进了数据成果的迅速传播,给期刊的发展带来了更广泛的读者群,产生了积极的影响。但同时,对作者付费方式的期刊发展带来不利的影响:作者收费方式导致部分稿源流失,没有发行收入导致办刊经费紧张等。文章从抓好稿件质量控制、开辟多渠道经费来源、构建合理的数据期刊评价体系、提供多元化服务四个方面提出了保持数据期刊的可持续发展的措施。
Data journals are new data publishing model, aiming to promote data discovery, sharing, access and reuse, expand academic influence and promote scientific research and innovation. The open-access model of data journals promotes the rapid spread of scientific research, and brings a wider audience. At the same time, article processing charge also has a negative impact, including leading to the loss of the draft, intense funding without issuance of income. This paper put forward the measures to keep the sustainable development of data journals from four aspects：grasping the quality control of manuscripts; opening up the source of multi-channel funding; building a reasonable data periodical evaluation system; providing diversified service.
