摘要
面对当前高校风景园林专业教育竞争激烈的局势,为保障风景园林专业教育的可持续发展,必须提升各高校专业教育的竞争优势.因此引入竞争理论中的"钻石模型",分析该理论对发挥高校风景园林专业教育核心竞争力的启示,从学科发展依托资源,需求条件,学科优势及平台支持,发展战略、组织结构和同行竞争,机遇,政府6个方面剖析风景园林专业教育竞争优势发挥的影响要素,并提出梳理与整合核心竞争资源、分析并有效对接社会需求、发挥学科优势和各类平台的支撑作用、优化完善专业教育管理机构、密切关注国家政策,善于抓住发展机遇等风景园林专业教育核心竞争力的提升对策,以期实现高校风景园林专业教育的可持续发展.
Facing the competitive situation of professional landscape architecture education between colleges and universities,in order to guarantee the sustainable development of the landscape architecture education,it must enhance the competitive advantage of professional education in colleges and universities.Thus by means of diamond model,the influence elements of competitive advantage in landscape architecture professional education have been analyzed from six aspects,which are as follows,the core competence of landscape architecture professional education in colleges and universities,from the resources required for discipline development,demand conditions,the discipline advantage and platform support,development strategy,organization structure and peer competition,opportunities and government.Then the promotion countermeasure such as integration of core competitive resources has been put forward and analyzed to meet the needs of society,to strengthen the advantages of professional,to obtain the support of all kinds of platforms optimize and improve the professional education management institution,to pay close attention to national policy and grip any development opportunities,and to realize the sustainable development of landscape architecture professional education in colleges and universities.
