摘要
为探讨网络社会排斥、大学生网络攻击行为、敌意认知及领悟社会支持间的关系,本研究采用网络社会排斥问卷、网络攻击行为量表、敌意认知量表及领悟社会支持量表,对711名大学生进行问卷调查。数据分析发现:网络社会排斥正向预测大学生网络攻击行为;敌意认知在网络社会排斥与大学生网络攻击行为间起中介作用;领悟社会支持在网络社会排斥与大学生网络攻击行为间起调节作用,具体而言,在低领悟社会支持水平下,网络社会排斥正向预测大学生网络攻击行为,而在高领悟社会支持水平下,网络社会排斥对大学生网络攻击行为的预测不显著。研究结果表明,网络社会排斥和敌意认知是大学生网络攻击行为的加速机制,而领悟社会支持是抑制机制。研究结论能为从提升领悟社会支持水平的视角减少大学生网络攻击行为提供理论参考,并为塑造和谐的网络社区环境提供实证依据。
This present study aimed to explore the relationship between cyber ostracism,hostile recognition,perceived social support and online aggressive behavior of college students.The questionnaires included the Cyber Ostracism Questionnaire,Online Aggressive Behavior Scale,Hostile Recognition Scale and Perceived Social Support Scale.The results show that:(1)Cyber ostracism has a significant direct effect on online aggressive behavior;(2)Cyber ostracism has a significant indirect effect on online aggressive behavior through hostile recognition;(3)Perceived social support moderates the relation between cyber ostracism and online aggressive behavior,that is,there is a significant positive relation between cyber ostracism and online aggressive behavior under the low perceived social support level.However,there is a non-significant relation between cyber ostracism and online aggressive behavior under the high perceived social support level.It is concluded that cyber ostracism and hostile recognition is the acceleration mechanism of college students'online aggressive behavior,while perceived social support is the inhibition mechanism.The present conclusion can provide a theoretical reference for reducing college students'online aggressive behavior from the perspective of improving the level of perceived social support,and provide practical evidence for building a harmonious atmosphere in online community.
