浅述沙门氏菌的检测实验步骤 被引量:1

摘要 食品安全一直是社会关注的问题之一,是维护国家稳定的重要因素。据统计,食品安全事件中细菌性食物中毒事件高达40%,且沙门氏菌引起的中毒事件高居首位。基于此,本文在总结前人研究资料的基础上,以肠炎沙门氏菌(CICC21482)和伤寒沙门氏菌(ATCC14028)为研究对象,讲述了沙门氏菌检测实验的操作步骤,为探索更为精确的检测方法和检测技术提供依据。
