摘要 以某手机保护壳为例,确定了分型面,模具采用一模两腔结构;运用Moldflow软件确定最佳浇口位置,并进行注塑工艺分析;运用Unigraphics NX6.0软件进行模具结构设计,侧孔采用斜导柱侧抽芯机构;采用导柱导套实现合模导向,推杆推出实现脱模、推出塑件,最终设计出方案合理、结构可行、动作可靠的注塑模具。 The parting surface of the mobile phone protection shell is determined with the configuration of two cavities in one mold.The optimal gate is located via Moldflow software and the injection molding process is analyzed.The mold structure is designed by Unigraphics NX6.0,in which slanted-guide-pillar core-pulling mechanism is applied to the side hole.The application of the guide pillars and bushes realizes the mold closing oriented,and the introduction of push rod ejecting demoulds and pulls the plastic parts out.The final design of injection mould is reasonable,feasible and reliable.
