摘要
本研究在半结构式访谈等研究技术的基础上对冰雪体育用品共性技术应用过程绩效进行探讨,通过扎根理论分析得出冰雪体育用品共性技术应用过程绩效评价体系指标,运用结构熵权法建立冰雪体育用品共性技术应用过程绩效评价指标的权重并最终建立指标体系。目的在于分析冰雪体育用品共性技术应用过程的理论模型,并进一步对技术应用过程绩效评价进行分析。研究结果显示,"技术融合"指标在一级指标中所占权重比例最大。研究不仅分析评测冰雪体育用品共性技术应用过程绩效评价的现状和发展潜力,且为我国的冰雪体育用品企业不断优化科技创新与企业管理,逐步走向国际市场提供了较好的理论参考。
This paper uses a paradigm combining the grounded theory and the structural entropy method and as well as the semi-structured interviews to discuss the performance of the general technology application process of ice and snow sporting products from the perspective of index evaluation.The purpose is to analyze the theoretical model of the general technology application process of ice and snow sporting products,and further analyze the performance evaluation of technology application process.The results show that the performance evaluation system indexes of the common technology application process of ice and snow sporting products can be obtained through the grounded theory analysis,and the structural entropy method is used to establish the performance evaluation index of the common application process of ice and snow sporting products,and finalize the index system.The"technical integration"indicators have the largest proportion of weight in the primary indicators.The research not only analyzes the status quo and development potential of the performance evaluation of the general technology application process of ice and snow sporting products,but also provides a good theoretical reference for China's ice and snow sporting product enterprises to continuously optimize technological innovation and enterprise management,and go international.
