摘要
企业知识管理绩效评价指标体系的设计应遵循科学性原则、系统性原则、可比性原则和操作性原则。笔者根据基于价值链的企业知识管理系统模型而构建的企业知识管理绩效评价指标体系,能够全面反映企业知识管理价值活动的信息,并能有效推进评价指标体系的系统化与精确化。
The design of index system for evaluating the knowledge management performance of enterprises should follow the scientific, systematic, comparable and workable principles. The index system for evaluating the knowledge management performance of enterprises, which is constructed by the author according to the enterprise knowledge management system model based on value chain, is able to reflect in an allround way the information about the value activity of enterprises knowledge management and promote effectively the systematization and precision of the evalution index system.
