摘要
目的:探讨医护合作健康教育模式对风湿免疫科门诊患者心理状态及自我护理能力的影响。方法:选择在风湿免疫科门诊就诊的86例风湿免疫系统疾病患者,按就诊时间排序,将排序为偶数的患者纳入观察组,排序为奇数的患者纳入对照组,每组43例。对照组在门诊就诊时实施传统的健康教育;观察组在传统的健康教育基础上,实施专家参与的、利用微信平台进行延伸的新式健康教育。分别在患者入组3个月及6个月时间段采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)与服药依从性量表以及测评复诊依从性和疾病复发率对两组患者进行评价和比较。结果:接受系统化管理3个月和6个月,观察组患者服药依从性评分明显优于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(t=4.032,t=5.632;P<0.05)。结论:通过加强门诊健康教育,满足了患者对相关疾病知识了解的需求,提高患者的自我护理能力和治疗依从性,降低疾病复发率。
Objective:To discuss the influence of health education pattern of doctor-nurse cooperation on psychological state and self-care ability of patients with rheumatoid immune systemic diseases.Methods:86 patients with rheumatoid immune systemic diseases were selected and were divided into observation group(43 cases whose serial number were even)and control group(43 cases whose serial number were odd)according to serial number of registration.Patients of control group were implemented conventional health education and patients of observation group were implemented new kind of health education which included specialist participating and outspreading by using WeChat platform on the basis of conventional health education.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),drug therapy compliance scale,and evaluations about compliance of further consultation and disease recurrence rate were adopted to assess and compare the differences between the two groups at the 3th month and 6th month after patients were divided into different group,respectively.Results:At the 3th month and 6th month after the systematization management was implemented,the score of drug therapy compliance of observation group was significantly better than that of control group(t=4.032,t=5.632,P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthened the health education at outpatient can meet the needs of patients for understanding relevant disease knowledge,and can enhance the self care ability of patients and treatment compliance,and can reduce the disease recurrence rate.
