摘要
目的调查孕妇对健康教育内容及方式的需求,探讨健康教育对孕妇关于孕期相关知识了解度的影响。方法采用自行设计的问卷方式对专家门诊就诊的356例孕妇进行调查,根据结果有针对性的开展长期健康教育,并比较健康教育前后孕妇对孕期相关知识的了解度及评价效果。结果按孕妇对健康教育知识的需求和健康教育方式的选择,规范化开展健康教育,效果显著,量化表中孕期检查项目及检查时间、胎动自我监测、发生假宫缩的处理方法、孕期如何护理乳房、新生儿脐部护理、孕期生病是否可以用药、如何预防便秘和孕期是否可以性生活八项取得良好效果,χ2=16.08(P<0.05),其中唐氏筛查的必要性、自然分娩的好处和临产指征三项,χ2=2.175(P>0.05)无明显差异。结论孕妇对开展健康教育的内容及方式需求很高,护理人员应针对性的对孕妇开展健康教育,满足孕产妇及家属健康知识的需求,使孕妇平稳度过妊娠期。
Objective To investigate the needs of pregnant women on the contents and methods of health education, and to discuss the influence of the health education on the understanding degree of pregnancy knowledge for pregnant women. Methods A total of 356 pregnant women were investigated by self- designed questionnaire. According to the results of targeted to carry out long - term health education and comparing the understanding of pregnant women on pregnancy- related knowledge before and after health education. Results There were significant effects according to pregnant women on the demand for health education knowledge and mode choice, and to carry out health education diversification. The good results were achieved at eight fields （Х^2= 16. 08, P〈0.05） such as inspection items and inspection time during pregnancy, fetal movement, self-monitoring, the false contractions processing method, how to care during pregnancy breast, neonatal umbilical care, sick during pregnancy whether medication, how to prevent constipation and pregnancy sex life. In which the necessity of screening for Down, benefits of natural childbirth and labor indications had no significant difference （Х^2 = 2. 175, P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Pregnant women have high demand on the content and methods of health education, nursing staff should be targeted for pregnant women to carry out health education, meeting the demand of pregnant women and their families on health knowledge and helping pregnant women to spend the pregnancy period steadily.
