摘要
创新驱动发展作为我国新时代构建现代化经济体系的战略支撑,有着丰富的理论内涵与实践支撑。基于创新驱动发展理论与当前中国经济发展最新态势,构建我国创新驱动发展的一般模式。在此基础上全面剖析北京创新驱动发展的动因和态势,提出北京创新驱动发展的路径方向与战略举措。北京创新驱动发展要与城市功能定位紧密结合,在京津冀协同发展的区域战略背景下,紧紧抓住新一轮世界科技革命和产业变革过程的弯道超车机会,围绕原始创新实现科技创新和体制机制创新的全面创新,建成具有全球影响力的现代化产业体系和完善的创新生态体系,实现北京持续、绿色和包容性增长,使其在稳定的创新驱动发展格局中成为全球创新高地。
As a major strategy to build a modern economic system in China's new era,innovation-driven development has rich theoretical connotation and practical support.Based on the theory of innovation-driven development and the latest development of China's economy,the general model of China's innovation-driven development is constructed.On this basis,this paper comprehensively analyzes the motivation and trend of Beijing's innovation-driven development,and puts forward the path direction and strategic measures of Beijing's innovation-driven development.In the context of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Beijing's innovation-driven development should be closely combined with the city's functional positioning;needs to seize a new round of the world's scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation process of the curved road overtaking opportunity;needs to focus on original innovation to achieve comprehensive innovation in science and technology and institutional mechanism innovation,and build a modern industrial system with global influence and a sound innovation ecosystem.To achieve sustainable,green and inclusive growth,Beijing has become a global innovation highland in a stable innovation-driven development pattern.
