摘要
创新水平能否支撑现代化经济体系建设是事关现代化经济体系构建成败的关键。在对我国各地区的创新水平和现代化经济体系完善程度进行量化考察的基础上,分别从创新的区域效应和溢出效应的双重角度,通过构建非空间面板模型和空间面板模型,实证检验了创新水平能否支撑我国现代化经济体系建设的问题。研究结果表明:从创新的区域效应来看,全国、东部和中部地区的创新水平能够支撑现代化经济体系的建设,西部和东北地区对现代化经济体系的建设不显著。但是,从创新的溢出效应来看,在全样本下,全国各地区的创新水平对邻近地区的现代化经济体系建设的支撑作用不显著。分样本情形下,东部和中部地区的创新水平促进本地区的现代化经济体系建设,并且也能够一定程度支撑邻近地区的现代化经济体系建设;西部地区的创新水平对本地区和邻近地区现代化经济体系建设的支撑作用均不显著;东北地区的创新水平既抑制邻近地区的现代化经济体系建设,也对本地区的现代化经济体系建设支撑作用不显著。
Whether the level of innovation can support the construction of modern economic system is the key to the its success or failure.Based on the quantitative investigation of the innovation level and the perfection of modern economic system in various regions of China,through the construction of non-spatial panel model and spatial panel model,this paper tested whether the innovation level can support the construction of modern economic system in China from the dual angles of regional effect and spillover effect of innovation.The results showed that from the point of view of the regional effect of innovation,the innovation level of the whole country,the east and the central region can support the construction of the modern economic system,while the construction of the modern economic system in the west and the northeast was not remarkable;however,from the point of view of the spillover effect of innovation,in the entire sample,the innovation level of all regions of the country was not significant for the support for adjacent areas.In the case of sub-samples,the innovation level in the east and the central region promoted the construction of the modern economic system,and also supported adjacent areas to a certain extent,and the innovation level of the western region was not remarkable to the support local region and the adjacent area.The innovation level in the northeast region not only inhibited the construction of the modern economic system of the adjacent areas,but also had no significant support for local region.
