摘要 目的探讨外周血线粒体转录因子A(TFAM)m RNA表达量与冠心病(CHD)的关系。方法入选承德医学院附属医院可疑CHD患者92例,根据造影结果将入选者分为CHD组(56例)和对照组(36例)。采用实时定量PCR的方法检测2组外周血TFAM mRNA水平,数据应用目的基因Ct值与管家基因Ct值的比值作为每个标本TFAM mRNA的表达水平,分析TFAM mRNA表达量与冠心病的关系。结果冠心病组患者TFAM mRNA的Ct比值高于对照组(P <0.05)。Spearman相关分析提示TFAM mRNA的Ct比值与冠心病呈正相关(r=0.227,P=0.029)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄(OR=1.058,95%CI 1.003~1.115,P=0.038)及TFAM mRNA的Ct比值(OR=2.358,95%CI 1.166~4.765,P=0.017)可能是冠心病的危险因素。结论 TFAM与CHD密切相关。 Objective To investigate the relationship between peripheral blood TFAM level and coronary heart disease.Methods Fifty-six patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and 36 healthy controls were enrolled in this study.MRNA expression of TFAM in peripheral blood was detected by quantitative real-time PCR assay.The association between the expression of TFAM mRNA and CHD was analyzed.Results Compared to the healthy control group,patients in CHD group had higher ration of TFAM mRNA Ct value(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the ration of the Ct value of TFAM mRNA was positively correlated with CHD(r=0.227,P=0.029).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the age(OR=1.058,95%CI 1.003~1.115,P=0.038)and the ration of the Ct value of TFAM mRNA(OR=2.358,95%CI 1.166~4.765,P=0.017)may be independent risk factors for CHD.Conclusion TFAM expression is positively associated with CHD.
