摘要
本文通过文献分析、调查问卷和访谈相结合的方式对制造业技术工人的储备情况进行了调查分析,探究其现状及存在的问题,提出提升技术工人社会地位、加强培训资金监管、提升职业教育质量、建立内部创业机制、制定留人措施等对策建设。
This paper investigates and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the technical workers in the manufacturing industry by means of literature analysis,questionnaire and interview.It raises the social status of skilled workers,strengthens the training fund supervision,The quality of education,the establishment of internal entrepreneurial mechanism,the development of measures to keep measures and other measures.
