摘要
目的:探讨小柴胡汤治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的疗效。方法:收治慢性浅表性胃炎患者90例,随机分为对照组和试验组,各45例。对照组给予常规治疗,试验组在此基础上给予小柴胡汤治疗。比较两组效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者生存质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小柴胡汤能够有效缓解慢性浅表性胃炎临床症状,治疗效果较好,利于改善患者生存质量。
Objective:To investigate the effect of XiaoChaiHu decoction on chronic superficial gastritis.Methods:90 patients with chronic superficial gastritis were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the experimental group was treated with XiaoChaiHu decoction on the basis of this.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the score of life quality in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<O.05).Conclusion:XiaoChaiHu soup can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of chronic superficial gastritis,and the treatment effect is better,which is conducive to improving the life quality of patients.
