摘要
目的观察围术期护理干预在后腹腔镜下肾上腺肿瘤切除术中的临床价值。方法随机将我院2016年10月—2017年10月收治的70例行后腹腔镜下肾上腺肿瘤切除术患者分为两组,每组35例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予围术期护理干预。比较两组护理结果。结果观察组VAS评分、输液时间以及住院时间等指标均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围术期护理干预效果理想,不仅提高了护理满意度,同时还有利于病情的快速康复,缩短了住院时间,缓解了患者的经济压力,改善了护理满意度。
Objective To observe the clinical value of perioperative nursing intervention in retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy.Methods 70 patients from October 2016 to October 2017 in our hospital that undergoing retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given perioperative nursing intervention.The results of two groups of nursing were compared.Results The scores of VAS,infusion time and hospitalization time of observation group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of perioperative nursing intervention is ideal,it not only improve the satisfaction of nursing,but also benefit the rapid recovery of the disease,shorten the time of hospitalization,alleviate the economic pressure of the patients,improve the satisfaction of nursing.
