摘要
目的 探讨基于思维导图的循证护理在腹腔镜下肾肿瘤切除术围术期护理中的应用效果,以期为临床护理提供参考。方法 选取辽阳市第五人民医院2019年1月—2020年12月收治的80例肾肿瘤患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者实施围术期常规护理干预,研究组患者在对照组干预基础上应用基于思维导图的循证护理干预。比较2组患者在住院期间并发症发生情况;比较2组患者输液、术后首次正常进食、首次下床活动及住院时间;比较2组患者护理满意度。结果 研究组患者并发症发生率为5.0%,低于对照组的22.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者输液、进食、下床活动及住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在腹腔镜下肾肿瘤切除术围术期中应用循证护理结合思维导图干预,能缩短患者输液、进食、下床活动及住院时间,减少并发症发生,提高患者满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing using mind mapping in perioperative nursing of laparoscopic nephrectomy to provide a reference for clinical nursing. Methods Eighty patients with renal tumors admitted to the Fifth People’s Hospital of Liaoyang from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were assigned to the experimental group and control group by random number table, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received the perioperative routine nursing intervention, and patients in the experimental group received evidence-based nursing intervention using mind mapping in addition to the nursing intervention in the control group. The incidence of complications during hospitalization, infusion, postoperative first normal eating, first ambulation, length of hospital stay and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of complications in the experimental group was 5.0%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group(22.5%), and the difference was statistically(P<0.05). The infusion, feeding, out-of-bed activity, and length of hospital stay in the experimental group were significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). The overall satisfaction rate of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of evidence-based nursing using mind mapping in perioperative nursing of laparoscopic nephrectomy can shorten the time of infusion, feeding, out-of-bed activity, and length of hospital stay, reduce the occurrence of complications and improve patient satisfaction. These benefits justify a wider application of this technique.
