摘要
目的评价以问题为基础的学习(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)与标准化患者相结合教学模式在临床医学专业本科生的胸外科实习教学效果,并探索教学方法的改革。方法选取2016年1月~2018年1月在本院胸外科实习的80名本科生作为观察对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,每组40名,对照组单独予以PBL教学法教学,实验组在PBL教学法基础上结合标准化患者,比较两组实习生考试成绩及对教学方式的评价情况。结果两组理论成绩、技能成绩进行比较,对照组均低于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组学习兴趣、主动性略高于对照组,但组间比较差异并无统计学意义;两组临床思维培养、感性直观认识、理论联系实际、利于知识掌握进行比较,实验组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床医学专业本科生胸外科实习教学中,应用PBL教学法与标准化患者相结合的方式,能提高医学生学习能力和教学效果,值得借鉴和推广。
Objective To evaluate the clinical practice effect of(PBL)combined with standardized patient(SP)teaching mode in thoracic surgery in clinical medicine undergraduates,and to explore the reform of teaching methods.Methods Eighty undergraduates in thoracic surgery department of our hospital were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method from January 2016 to January 2018.Each group had 40 students.PBL teaching method combined with SP was taken in experimental group while only PBL teaching method was taken in control group.Compare the examination results of two groups of interns and evaluate the teaching methods.Results The theoretical results and skill scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The students in the experimental group were slightly more interested and active than the control group,but there was no statistical difference between the groups.Compared the percentages of students clinical thought developing,perceptual intuition understanding,integrating theory with practice and facilitating knowledge acquisition in the two groups,the experimental group was higher than the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with standardized patients teaching mode can improve the learning abilities of medical students and the teaching effect of teachers in the clinical practice teaching in thoracic surgery,it is worth learning and promoting.
