摘要
目的探究在胸外科临床教学中胸腔镜视频联合PACS探索数字化平台的应用价值。方法2017年1月—2019年1月从该院胸外科医学生中选取100人。依据教学方式的差异分组,实验组为胸腔镜视频联合PACS系统教学,对照组为手术室参观配合PACS系统教学,对比两组学生教学效果。结果实验组与对照组学生在教学过程满意率上存在差异,其中实验组学生较高(P<0.05);实验组与对照组学生在学习兴趣评分、科室成绩评分、专业技能评分、职业态度评分上存在差异,其中实验组学生较高(P<0.05)。结论研究得知,在胸外科临床教学中应用胸腔镜视频联合PACS探索数字化平台,能促进学生临床知识的提高,并改善教学效果。
Objective To explore the value of thoracoscopic video combined with PACS to explore the digital platform in clinical teaching of thoracic surgery.Methods 100 people medical students of thoracic surgery were selected from January 2017 to January 2019 in the hospital.According to the differences in teaching methods,the experimental group was video-assisted thoracoscopy combined with PACS system teaching,and the control group was operating room visits combined with PACS system teaching.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was a difference in the satisfaction rate of the teaching process between the experimental group and the control group.Among them,the experimental group was relatively higher(P<0.05);the experimental group and the control group had scores of interest in learning,department scores,professional skills,and there were differences in the scores of professional attitudes,among which the experimental group students were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The study found that the application of video-assisted thoracoscopy in clinical teaching of thoracic surgery combined with PACS to explore the digital platform can promote the improvement of students'clinical knowledge and improve the teaching effect.
