摘要
本文以某电厂600 MW机组脱硫增容改造工程为例,介绍了以"单塔双区"为核心的高效脱硫协同除尘技术的应用。某电厂采用该技术后,最终成功实现FGD出口SO2浓度低于35 mg/Nm^3、出口粉尘浓度能够控制在5 mg/Nm^3以内的超净排放要求。该技术不仅满足最新环保要求,更为超净排放提供了一个新方向。
Taking the ultra-low emission project of one 600MW unit power plant as an example,this paper introduced the application of high efficiency desulfurization and co-benefit dedusting technology with"Single-Absorber-Two-Areas(SATA)"as the core.By applying this technology,the project achieved that the SO2 concentration was less than 35 mg/Nm3,and the dust concentration was stabilized within 5 mg/Nm3 at flue gas outlet.The technology not only meets the latest environmental requirements,but also provides a new direction for ultra-low emission.
