摘要
通过构建模糊喷淋工艺流程对双塔双循环系统进行优化,其措施是引入二级吸收塔的高pH值浆液直接喷淋至一级吸收塔,实现一、二级吸收塔交叉混合模糊喷淋。该工艺结合了双塔双循环和单塔双循环的优点,改善了传统双塔双循环工艺存在的系统复杂、能耗高等问题。它具有结构简单、改造难度低、能效高、负荷适应性强等优势,可以广泛应用于新建双塔双循环脱硫系统,或者已建双塔双循环脱硫系统的节能减排升级改造。
The construction of the technological process of the fuzzy spray can optimize the dual-tower and dual-cycle FGD system. The serous fluid with high PH value inlet in the second-level absorption tower can be directly sprayed into the first-level tower to realize the crossed and mixed fuzzy spray between them. With the advantages of both the dual-tower and dual-cycle FGD system and the single-tower and dual-cycle FGD system,this new technological process can solve such problems as the systematic complexity and the high energy consumption of the traditional dual-tower and dual-cycle technological process. With advantages like simple structure,easy renovation,high energy efficiency and good load adaptability,it can be widely applied in not only newly-built dual-tower and dual-cycle FGD systems but also renovations of energy conservation and emission reduction in built ones.
