摘要
目的探讨临床护理教学管理中实施PDCA循环指导对护理工作质量的影响。方法选择2015年2月至2017年2月在我院实习的护士120名为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组。对照组根据护理部安排与实习计划对实习护士进行临床护理教学管理,轮换科室时,由带教老师进行评分,并完成8个月以上实习期。观察组在对照组基础上实施PDCA循环指导。比较两组实习护士护理教学管理质量、综合能力及患者对实习护士的护理满意度。结果观察组实习护士对带教老师的各项护理教学管理质量评分及其总分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组实习护士各项综合测评结果及其总分均高于对照组(P<0.05);患者对观察组实习护士的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理教学管理中实施PDCA循环指导,可有效改善实习护士综合能力与护理教学质量,促进护理工作质量的提高。
Objective To investigate the effect of implementing PDCA cycle guidance on quality of nursing work in clinical nursing teaching management.Methods To compared the quality of nursing teaching management,comprehensive ability,and patients'satisfaction with nursing work,120 intern nurses worked in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were randomly and equally divided into study group and control group.The control group conducted clinical nursing teaching management for the intern nurses according to the arrangement of the nursing department and the internship plan for above eight months'internship,and graded by the nursing teacher when the department was rotated.The study group conducted the PDCA mode on this basis.Results The respective score and total score of the quality of the nursing teaching management of the nursing teacher by the intern nurses of the study group were generally higher than the control group(P<0.05).Respective score of and the total scores of the comprehensive evaluation in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).And patients'satisfaction with the nursing work of the study group was apparently higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the PDCA mode in clinical nursing education management could greatly improve the comprehensive ability of the intern nurses and the quality of nursing teaching,which could promote the quality of the nursing work.
