摘要
目的:改善护理工作管理的方法,使科室的护理质量管理科学化,达到持续护理质量改进的目的。方法:成立科室层级护理质控网,运用PDCA循环,开展护理质量改进与控制活动。结果:实现对整个护理团队工作质量的不断改善。结论:科内层级护理质控网的实施,发挥了护理人员的潜在能力和作用,使护理人员人人参与质量管理,全方位地推动护理质量的不断提高。
Objective： To improve nursing management, make department nursing quality management scicntifically and improve nursing quality continuously. Methods： Establishing department ursing quality management network, applying PDCA circle and implemeriting nursing quality improvement and conrail activity. Result：The overall nursing quality is improving. Conclusion： The implementing of department nursing quality management network gives full play to nurses＇potemtial ability, let each nurse take part in quality management, and improve nursing quality contiaaously in every aspect.
