摘要
随着我国社会发展水平不断提升,各个行业为了获得更好的发展,应用了精益管理模式,这使得很多企业得到了更好更大的发展。随着我国水运事业的发展,造船企业逐渐繁荣起来,精益造船计划管理模式获得了广泛的应用,一定程度上保证了造船质量,促进了造船业的发展。深入研究精益造船计划管理体系实际应用,在一定程度上可以使得其得到更有效的应用。
With the continuous improvement of China's social development level,various industries have applied the lean management model in order to achieve better development,which has led many companies to achieve better and greater development.With the development of China's water transportation industry,shipbuilding enterprises have gradually prospered,and the lean shipbuilding plan management model is widely used.It has ensured the quality of shipbuilding to a certain extent and promoted the development of the shipbuilding industry.Deep study of the practical application of the lean shipbuilding plan management system can,to a certain extent,enable it to be applied more effectively.
