摘要
现代船舶建造是一项系统化工程,通常情况一艘大型远洋船舶中会安装几千种电气设备,涉及上百种建造材料,针对于庞大的建设工期,为提高造船质量、降低建造成本,采用先进的项目管理模式十分重要,对此在本文中笔者将对项目管理在现代船舶建造工程中的应用提出以下建议。
