摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展和交通运输需求的越来越大,船舶制造行业获得了迅猛的发展。从当前我国船舶制造行业来看,制造过程中的质量管理和成本控制仍然存在一定的问题,影响我国船舶制造业的发展水平,降低船舶制造企业的经济效益。论文主要针对船舶制造项目的成本控制以及质量管理进行探究。
Withthe continuousdevelopment of social economyandthe increasingdemand of transportation, themarinemanufacturingindustry has been developed rapidly. Fromthe point of viewof the current shipmanufacturing industryinChina, there are still some problems in the quality management and cost control in themanufacturing process,which affect the development level of the shipmanufacturing industry in our country and reduce the economic benefits of the shipmanufacturing enterprises. This papermainly discusses the cost control and qualitymanagement of ship manufacturingproject.
