摘要
凝液回收作为一种重要的节能措施被越来越重视。通过对不同压力等级伴热蒸汽的回收实施技改,采用闭式回收系统,解决了回收系统常见的几种问题。技改实施后,凝液全部得到了回收,提升了现场形象,减少了脱盐水浪费,降低了生产成本,提高了经济效益。
As an important energy-saving measure,condensate water recycling will be focused more and more.We implied the technical updating the different pressure steam recycling system.The closed-style recycling technology was recommended to be used.Some optimization proposals for the process are also suggested.After implementation of the project,the effect is obvious,the desalted water is recovered,the plant environment is improved and the economic efficiency is raised.
