摘要
针对国内某乙烯装置升级扩能和优化改造,对比分析改造前后用户热负荷变化,依照装置改造的工艺条件并结合蒸汽动力热力性质,通过能量、质量守恒的计算,得到装置改造后冬季正常工况下的蒸汽平衡。改造后的装置充分利用各等级蒸汽,提高了能源利用效率;各管网间减温减压器蒸汽流量接近于零,降低了装置能耗,避免了能量损失;结合各用户实际用汽量分析平衡优化结果,为装置产汽、给水、凝液回收等设备的能力和尺寸设计提供依据。
This paper studies the upgrading,capacity expansion and optimization of an ethylene plant in China.By comparative analysis of the heat load change before and after the modification,and based on the process conditions of modification in combination with the thermodynamic properties of steam,the steam balance in normal case in winter after the modification is obtained through the calculation of energy and mass conservation.After modification,this plant takes full advantage of steam in each pressure grade,thus improving the efficiency of energy use.The flow of steam by desuperheaters between pipe networks is close to zero,thus reducing the energy consumption of ethylene plant and avoiding the energy loss.This paper analyzes the actual steam demand and optimizes the results of steam balance,providing basis for the capacity and dimension design of equipment including steam generator,water supply and steam condensate recovery equipment.
